WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A BALLOON RIDE OVER ANTWERP?
A hot air balloon ride in Antwerp is much more than just floating above the city for an hour. The full experience takes about three to four hours! First, the balloon is prepared for takeoff while you receive a detailed briefing about the journey ahead. Once in the air, the flight itself lasts about one hour. After landing, you’ll be welcomed with a delicious snack and drink, followed by the traditional champagne toast. The experience ends once our team safely brings you back to the take-off site.
Before your flight, we will inform you in time about the launch site and weather conditions. You are also fully insured by Spildooren Ballooning, and our professional crew ensures you return safely after landing.
