While preparations are underway, you will receive a personal briefing from the pilot. All necessary information and safety instructions will be thoroughly explained. During the briefing, the pilot will also explain why ballooning is the safest air sport in the world. Spildooren Ballooning has several special take-off locations that we use depending on wind direction and speed. This allows our experienced team to always guarantee a safe and relaxed balloon flight.

If weather conditions are favorable with moderate to weak winds, taking off from the largest market square in Sint-Niklaas city center is one of the flight possibilities.

The other possible departure locations for the balloon flight have a more rural and rustic character. At these take-off locations, we take to the skies along with numerous other hot air balloons. Stunning panoramic views guaranteed!
